When you place an order, we'll send you an email confirming your purchase. Packing and shipping usually take 48 hours or less. After that, we'll send you another email with tracking information. Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

When your items are shipped out, you should receive a notification from us via email with a tracking number.

If for whatever reason your goods don't arrive within 60 days, you will be refunded in FULL for that item. This is our promise to you!
